• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total betting turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity and age verification process through which okta33 confirms a member's identity in accordance with anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all okta33 platform operations, including support hours, draw times, and promotional deadlines.

Access to and use of the okta33 platform is conditional upon the member meeting all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. okta33 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Providing false age information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to access online gaming services. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the okta33 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 1. Supported Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia) for bank transfers; OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja for e-wallet transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
2. Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to your okta33 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Delays caused by the member's banking institution are outside okta33's control.
3. Withdrawal Processing: okta33 targets withdrawal processing within five minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional security checks are required. okta33 does not guarantee specific processing times.
4. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification. okta33 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the nominated bank account or e-wallet before processing any withdrawal.
5. Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are published on the platform. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
6. Transaction Fees: okta33 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the member's bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the member.
7. Anti-Money-Laundering: All transactions on the okta33 platform are monitored for suspicious activity in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. okta33 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if unusual transaction patterns are detected.

okta33 offers various promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and free bet credits. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a member's account must be wagered at a minimum rollover of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games on the okta33 platform contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Specific contribution rates are stated within each promotion's individual terms. Generally, slot games contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10%, and sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%.

5. Abuse: okta33 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting tools, or collusion is identified. This determination is at okta33's sole and final discretion.
6. Promotional Availability: Promotions may be modified, withdrawn, or extended by okta33 at any time without prior notice. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the okta33 platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, sabung ayam (traditional cockfight betting), Sic Bo, and all other game categories:

5. Sportsbook Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on officially confirmed results from the relevant governing body or competition organizer. Results from unofficial sources or preliminary announcements are not used for settlement. Settlement may be delayed where a result is under review.
6. Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds publication, premature market closure, or force majeure events. Voided bets are returned to the member's balance in full.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the okta33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the okta33 platform, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or digital device to place bets or interact with games in a manner inconsistent with fair human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or miscalculated odds to generate artificial profit. Any winnings derived from identified bugs or errors are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Engaging in collusion with other members, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any betting market or game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financial crime using the okta33 platform or its payment infrastructure.
• Allowing minors (individuals under the age of 21) to access your okta33 account under any circumstances.

okta33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may trigger account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request from okta33.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or suspicious transaction patterns.
• Identification of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
• Request by law enforcement, a regulatory authority, or a financial institution with jurisdiction over the matter.

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, okta33 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is identified, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method following the completion of any applicable review period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okta33 shall not be liable to any member for:

okta33's aggregate liability to any member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit okta33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

okta33 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account on the okta33 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, customer support, and fraud prevention.

Your continued use of the okta33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which okta33 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between a member and okta33, the following process applies:
